Matteo acts as principal for SGSP, specialising in tax and corporate matters. He regularly assists and advises companies, family offices and private individuals in their routine and complex tax and legal matters, particularly in corporate reorganisations, trusts, cross border transactions, international compliance and VAT.

He is managing partner of a consultancy firm in Lugano (Switzerland) and has extensive exposure on cross border investments involving UK, Italy and Switzerland. Before joining SGSP, Matteo worked for leading tax boutiques and multi-family offices based in Switzerland and Italy and for a major UK trustee company. Matteo writes articles for university reviews and specialised newspapers on international tax and other international corporate topics.
